Description: Down Payment Assistance - Eagle County Housing provides: - Assistance for first time home buyers who meet the qualifications of the loan fund requirements. - Assistance is available for home buyers that live and work in Eagle County and will be purchasing their home with either a FHA first mortgage or a first mortgage that is not an FHA mortgage. - Assistance is also available for home buyers that live and work in Eagle County with a household income limit of 80% of AMI (Area Median Income)Applicants should schedule a personal counseling appointment to determine which loan best fits their needs. - Pre-home buying personal counseling sessions are available through The Valley Home Store.
