Description: Helps parents bond with their children, discover new learning tools and understand the early health issues that children face. The first visit to families with newborns is by phone to introduce parents to the program. Educational materials are dropped by their home that explains their children's developmental stages, bonding, nutrition and health education for their child's early years.

Description: We are a resource and referral agency for general and emergency needs. We are NOT a crisis center. Tri-County Family Care Center does not have cash on hand! All assistance requires meeting particular criteria and further approval from funding sources. Funding is for EMERGENCY needs such as: utility assistance. Proof must be provided. Eleven programs are also coordinated by our staff.
