Services include: In-home hospice and palliative care (24-hour access), In-patient hospice care at the skilled nursing and long-term care facilities,Joni Fair Hospice House, a 10 bed in-patient care unit, Home Health Aide Care, social worker services, chaplain services, volunteer services, bereavement services, support programs for care-givers.
