Applicants must:

Own their home
Reside in a single family home, town house, condo, or mobile/manufactured home
Be a Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) customer
Have gross income below 200% of the federal poverty level, see chart below

Income guidelines are as follows based on household size:

1 Person - $25,520 annually, $2,127 monthly

2 Person - $34,480 annually, $2,873 monthly

3 Person - $43,440 annually, $3,620 monthly

4 Person - $52,400 annually, $4,367 monthly

5 Person - $61,360 annually, $5,113 monthly

6 Person - $70,320 annually, $5,860 monthly

7 Person - $79,280 annually, $6,607 monthly

8 Person - $88,240 annually, $7,353 monthly
