Provides $500 to $1000 in rent payment assistance to help families at risk of homelessness remain housed. Applications open on the 15th of each month or the first business day if the 15th falls on a weekend.

Eligibility:

Families must meet one of the following:

  • Have at least 1 child aged 17 and younger in custody at least 50% of the time
  • Be pregnant (or have a partner who is pregnant) and in the third trimester
  • Have an adult child aged 18 and older with disabilities that makes them dependent on their caregiver for their daily living
Area Served: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson counties
