Assists families who are homeless or at risk of being homeless and have identified transportation as a barrier to employment or accessing housing resources. Provides families in need with one-time transportation assistance in the form of gas cards on a first-come, first-served basis.
Families must have at least 1 child and be experiencing or be at risk for homelessness.
