Due to COVID-19, Energy Outreach Colorado has adjusted the utility assistance program to allow participants to receive a total of $1500 of support between two requests in a program year. All other requirements are still applicable.
Provides utility bill assistance through Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) funds once a year for those living in Cheyenne, Elbert, Kit Carson, and Lincoln counties.
